I see what my problem was, & understand now what you meant by the filters. Before , I had a "sig only" filter which found all sigs, radar grav & such. When I created a "grav only" filter, the scan would still pick up on all sigs, but at 20...

filters are the same as before, sig sites only. I kinda figured CCP F-ed it up, like everything else here, THEY JUST CANT LEAVE IT ALONE! Like I said, I suck at ship scanning, now they figured out how to make it so I suck at ALL scanning , PERIOD...
